Brush Creek Village floor plans include two, three
and four bedroom residences with some buildings incorporating unfinished basements and option bonus and storage rooms.
Floor plans range in size from approximately 1,334 SF to 2,227 SF. All units have an attached one-car garage
with the exception of the duplex units which have an over-sized two-car garage.
Brush Creek Village also offers
a limited number of employee/deed restricted residences available privately and through the Town of Eagle's affordable
housing program.
Phase I homes will be completed in late fall 2007 and early winter 2008.
